Terms of Service
1. SKETCHES & REVISIONS
- Initial Concept Phase: A maximum of up to 3 initial sketch options will be provided before finalizing the general layout.
- Sketch Revisions: Free minor corrections are allowed only during the sketch phase.
- Post-Completion Revisions: Any changes requested after the final line art/rendering phase is approved and completed will incur additional revision fees.
- Creative Freedom: If no specific guidelines or reference images are provided, full creative judgment will be applied to complete the piece.2. PAYMENT, DELAYS & REFUNDS
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon approval of the first sketch (watermarked preview). If you decide to cancel after receiving the initial sketch option and opt not to proceed, a $20 drafting fee applies to cover the preliminary design time.
- Final Balance: Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to receiving the unwatermarked, high-resolution final files.
- Client Delays: Estimated completion timelines begin after the deposit is paid and all references are provided. Unscheduled delays in client feedback during approval steps will extend the delivery deadline accordingly.
- Cancellations & Refunds: If a commission is canceled by the client after work has progressed past the sketch stage, any eligible refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work already completed.3. WORKFLOW & TIMELINES
- Progress halts at the sketch stage until explicit client approval is given to move forward.
- Standard Delivery Schedules:
• Profile Pictures (PFPs) & Banners: ~1 week
• Full Illustrations: 1–2 weeks
• Rush Fees: Express delivery within 48 hours adds a +50% rush fee to the total cost.4. MAJOR CONCEPT CHANGES
- Requesting a full redesign or changing the core concept after 2 initial sketches have been delivered will incur an extra idea-change fee of +50% of the base price of the art service.5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERMITTED USE
- Copyright Ownership: The artist retains standard moral rights and master ownership of the original artwork, file layers, and creation process.
- Permitted Use: Clients receive full commercial rights upon final payment—including NFT and merchandise licensing rights—unless explicitly agreed otherwise.6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY
- All artwork is created manually by human hands.
- Uploading, feeding, or scraping any work-in-progress previews, sketches, or final commission files into AI art generators, data scrapers, or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.7. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
- Preliminary sketches and finished artwork may be featured across personal social media channels, websites, and portfolios.
- For strict non-disclosure (NDA) or private commissions, a +100% privacy fee applies.8. ATTRIBUTION
